Team India Preview for The World Cup

The World Cup is 12 weeks away and cricket fans can hardly contain their excitement . England is braced for this epic sporting event and rightly so , as the home team and India are touted as heavy favorites to lift the trophy on 14th of July at the historic Lord's Stadium in London .

India's hopes last largely on Virat Kohli
Bumrah is the current no.1bowler in world rankings
India have been in stunning form for the past couple of years in ODI's under the captaincy of Virat Kohli . The top 3 of Shikhar Dhawan , Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been on top form leading the way for the team . The emergence of Jasprit Bumrah as a world class bowler has been a much needed boost to the bowling lineup .

The weakest link of the Indian team looks to be the middle order . Ambati Rayudu , MS Dhoni , Kedar Jadhav and Hardik Pandya will most fill in the number 4 to 7 slots and they'll have to be in their top form to help India if the top order fails to deliver !
The bowling will largely depend on Bumrah and the form of Bhuvaneshwar Kumar or Shami . The role of getting wickets in the middle overs will be with Kuldeep and Chahal who have worked well with each other. There is an added bonus of Hardik Pandya who can bowl a few overs along with the unorthodox bowling of Kedar Jadhav .

This will be Dhoni's last World Cup
The favorites tag might be too heavy for some but there is no doubt this Indian team is capable of winning the world cup ! All eyes will be now on Virat Kohli and his boys !
